The Steps:
- Confirm the sample.
Check out your sample product. Upon receiving the sample order, 22 Factor will develop the sample based on your configuration choices. It will take about 3 weeks to produce the first sample.
Please note: You are entitled to be rebated 1 sample piece fee once you confirm a bulk order that meets our minimum order quantity of 50 pcs.
- Ship the sample
The finished sample will be shipped to the shipping address indicated in the checkout. 22 Factor will appoint the courier depending on the shipping destination. Shipping fee is included in the sample order fee. However, the customer will be responsible for any duty and tax where applicable.
- Bulk order deposits (50%)
Upon confirmation, 22 Factor will send you the bulk order product page for you to complete the order. For bulk order, we accept online payment or bank TT. For a bulk order to be confirmed and proceed, a 50% deposit will be required.
- Labeling and Tags
You have the option of either using your own label or our 22 Factor’s label. If you choose to use your own label, please send us the labels upon your bulk order confirmation.
We would provide the standard wash label, if there is any special requirement, please send us the wash label.
- Remaining payment (50%)
The bulk order will take about 4 weeks for production. When the bulk order is ready, 22 Factor will contact you for the outstanding payment before the shipment. You will also get a sample order fee rebate at this point.
- Ship the bulk
The bulk will be shipped to the shipping address indicated in the checkout. Customer would need to pay the shipping fee, duty, and tax where applicable. 22 Factor will appoint the courier depending on the shipping destination unless there is other preferred shipping courier requested by the customer.
